What is the Intelligent Lead Response feature?

Intelligent Lead Response automatically processes Contact Form 7 submissions using AI. When a visitor fills out a contact form, JakBot captures the submission, searches your indexed content for relevant information, and generates a personalized email response. Depending on your settings, the response can be sent automatically or queued as a draft for admin review before sending. This means your leads get a fast, relevant reply even outside business hours.

Does the Lead Response feature include spam protection?

Yes. The Intelligent Lead Response system includes multiple layers of spam protection: minimum message length requirements, a disposable email domain blocklist, the Contact Form 7 spam flag, IP-based rate limiting (5 submissions per hour), and duplicate detection (same email and inquiry within 5 minutes). Spam submissions are flagged and skipped so they never consume AI processing or send unwanted emails.

Can I review AI-generated lead responses before they are sent?

Absolutely. The Intelligent Lead Response feature supports two modes: draft mode, where AI-generated responses are queued for your review and approval before sending, and auto-send mode, where responses are sent automatically. You can manage the lead queue from JakBot > Lead Queue in the WordPress admin, where you can view, edit, approve, or delete responses. You can also set a daily send limit to control volume.
